Grant Donovan
Patrick O’Donahue
Mr. Donovan has deep experiences
in finance, law, negotiations, and international business.
He currently manages investment funds with special focus on the Asian markets.
He has founded and lead organizations and assisted in mergers and acquisitions throughout the U.S. He is a former board member of
LBS Industries (NYSE: LXU).
Mr. O’Donahue focuses on real estate portfolio management on behalf of learning institutions, business ventures, NGOs and governmental entities.
He specializes in risk management by creating and implementing strategies that mitigate liabilities and optimize cash flow and brand equity. His international work includes launching large-scale initiatives in the US, Western Europe and China.
In addition to his broad financial experience, Mr. Donovan developed and managed over 1.8 million s.f.
of industrial and office space and hotels in Southern and Northern California.
He received his undergraduate
degree in Civil Engineering from
The University of Vermont and
his MBA from Stanford University.
Representative ventures include
the Four Seasons Tower in San Francisco and the New
International Terminal at San Francisco International Airport.
Mr. O’Donahue is an attorney admitted to practice in California
and Wisconsin and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Languages & Literature.
He has working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and French.
